Welcome to Aryana Cafe, a hospitality and food service facility associated with CT Group of Institutions. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our cafe services, including onsite dining, takeaway, online food ordering, and delivery services.

By placing an order online or purchasing/consuming food and beverages at Aryana Cafe, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms

1. Aryana Cafe reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Menu items, prices, offers, availability, and services may change from time to time.

3. Images shown on the website or promotional material are for representation purposes only. Actual food presentation may vary.

4. All food and beverages are subject to availability.

5. Aryana Cafe reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including unavailability of items, incorrect pricing, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

2. Online Ordering

1. Customers must provide accurate information while placing an online order, including name, contact number, delivery details, and other required information.

2. Once an order has been confirmed, preparation may begin immediately.

3. Customers should carefully review their order before making payment.

4. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability if an item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. In case an ordered item is unavailable, Aryana Cafe may contact the customer regarding a suitable replacement or refund, as applicable.

6. Estimated preparation and delivery times are indicative and may vary due to order volume, weather, traffic, campus conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Online Payments

1. Online payments may be processed through the payment methods made available on the Aryana Cafe website/app.

2. Customers are responsible for entering correct payment and order information.

3. Aryana Cafe is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, internet connectivity, or other third-party payment providers.

4. An order will be treated as confirmed only after successful payment confirmation, where online prepayment is required.

5. If payment has been deducted but the order is not successfully confirmed, the customer may contact Aryana Cafe with the relevant transaction details for verification.

4. Cancellation of Online Orders

1. Orders may be cancelled only within the time permitted by Aryana Cafe and before preparation has progressed.

2. Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Cancellation requests should be made through the available contact/support channel.

4. Any refund, where applicable, will be processed according to the applicable refund policy and payment method.

5. Aryana Cafe reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that have already been prepared or dispatched.

5. Delivery Terms

1. Delivery is available only within the service areas specified by Aryana Cafe.

2. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

3. Delivery time may vary depending on traffic, weather, order volume, campus activity, and other operational conditions.

4. If the customer is unavailable at the provided delivery location, additional delivery attempts may be subject to availability.

5. Aryana Cafe is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access areas, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Customers should verify the order at the time of delivery and report any missing or incorrect item as soon as possible.

6. Takeaway Orders

1. Customers placing takeaway orders should collect their orders within the communicated pickup time.

2. Customers are responsible for checking the order at the time of collection.

3. Delayed collection may affect food quality, and Aryana Cafe cannot guarantee the same quality after prolonged delays.

4. Takeaway orders that have already been prepared may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

7. Onsite Dining

1. Customers are expected to maintain proper discipline and respectful behaviour within Aryana Cafe premises.

2. Customers should follow cafe, campus, safety, hygiene, and security guidelines.

3. Seating is subject to availability and may not be reserved unless specifically confirmed by Aryana Cafe.

4. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Aryana Cafe and CT Group of Institutions are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended.

5. Any intentional damage to cafe property, furniture, equipment, or other facilities may result in recovery of the applicable cost and/or further action as per institutional policies.

6. Customers must maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste in the designated areas.

7. Outside food and beverages may be restricted depending on the applicable cafe or campus rules.

8. Food Quality & Allergies

1. Aryana Cafe takes reasonable measures to maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety.

2. Customers should inform cafe staff about known food allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order.

3. Although reasonable precautions are taken, Aryana Cafe cannot guarantee that food is completely free from traces of allergens due to shared preparation and kitchen facilities.

4. Customers with serious allergies or specific dietary requirements should consult cafe staff before ordering.

5. Food should be consumed within a reasonable period after purchase or delivery.

9. Complaints & Incorrect Orders

1. If a customer receives an incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable order, the issue should be reported to Aryana Cafe as soon as reasonably possible.

2. Customers may be asked to provide the order number, payment details, photographs, or other relevant information to help investigate the complaint.

3. After verification, Aryana Cafe may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Complaints relating to food quality should be reported promptly so that the matter can be investigated effectively.

10. Offers, Discounts & Promotions

11. Pricing

• Engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.

• Damage cafe property or equipment.

• Submit fraudulent orders or payment information.

• Attempt to obtain unauthorized refunds or benefits.

• Interfere with the normal operation of the cafe or delivery service.

Aryana Cafe reserves the right to restrict or refuse service where necessary to protect customers, employees, property, and the interests of CT Group of Institutions.

13. Privacy & Personal Information

Information collected during online ordering, payment, delivery, feedback, or customer support will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy practices of CT Group of Institutions.

Customers should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information while placing an order.

14. Limitation of Liability

Aryana Cafe will make reasonable efforts to provide its services accurately and efficiently. However, Aryana Cafe and CT Group of Institutions shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or losses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, payment gateway issues, internet failures, severe weather, traffic, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events.

15. Right to Modify Services

Aryana Cafe reserves the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue any menu item, service, ordering facility, delivery area, promotion, or other cafe service without prior notice where operationally necessary.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By using Aryana Cafe’s online ordering services, placing an order, visiting the cafe, or purchasing food and beverages onsite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
